Our Approach & Outcome

Our approach involved a number of stakeholder workshops and meetings to understand and map our number of different business processes and their cross references and inter dependencies. We then developed a high-level solution which was proposed to their client’s enterprise architecture board and once it was revised and approved then we developed the technical solution.

Our solution enabled Edison Energy to capture and analyse their leads and quote generation and see their conversion ratios. It also provided them with a number of KPI which they could obtain from the Management reports that were made available to them and enable them to monitor the performance and make better informed real-time decisions.
